Our cooperation can be formed in two ways: 1. Referring your borrower to us. You can remain the primary borrower contact or let us handle everything. Either way we will keep you informed throughout the loan process. Letting us process the loan frees up your time and allows us to quickly package the loan to our requirement, which are different from conventional loans.
Referral fee will be paid within five business days after the closing of loan escrow. 2. Co-broker the loan transaction If you have a complete loan package you are welcome to co-broker the transaction. This requires a signed co-broker agreement for each loan. Simply add the fees you wish to earn to our quote and present it to your borrower. Once your borrower has agreed to the terms, we will begin the loan process.
Throughout the process, your role is to maintain on-going client communication, and facilitate the document collection process. We will take care of the rest. Your broker fee will be paid to you through the loan escrow.
