Custom Construction Financing was formed in 2001, Subsidiary of Blue Light Solutions, Inc. a multi-state real estate financing firm with twenty plus years of experience in real estate finance, investments and construction development.
Based in the great pacific northwest, we represent a network of lenders. private investors and investment firms with funds available for real estate mortgage loans. We also have excellent relations with national lenders, banks and Wall Street mortgage conduits, life companies, pension funds and REITS.
We have funded millions of dollars per year in loans, with no losses to any of our investors. Our reputation is based on expertise, good judgment, and personal ethics in the loan field, and upon our history of dealing fairly and honestly with all those concerned.
